Welcome to Gloriana Jewellery. Each piece is unique and is designed and made to a high standard.
All payment is due upon the time of purchasing and must be received before your order is sent out.
Payment is via PayPal.
All items will be carefully wrapped, padded and shipped in a bubble wrap envelope to protect it, within three to five days after payment clears.
To avoid delay or potential loss, please check that the address you give me is correct – including postal code/zip code.
Local pickup is available if you live in the Greater Victoria area. Please message me if you would like to arrange local pickup. I am happy to coordinate this with you.
Canada and U.S.
-all orders within Canada will go by Regular Parcel Post or Express Post. Regular and Express post includes tracking within Canada.
-all orders to the United States will be shipped by Air Mail or Tracked Parcel. If you wish to use a different shipping option, please message me via my Contact Page for an estimate and we can work together to ensure you get your item(s) as quickly as possible.

Shipping to places other than the United States can be arranged. Please message me via my Contact Page for a cost and delivery estimate.
Customers requiring shipping outside Canada are reminded that Gloriana Jewellery is not responsible for any item confiscated by any federal customs authority. Please be aware of your country’s import rules before purchasing. All taxes and duties, or other fees, on any purchase made from Gloriana Jewellery are the responsibility of the buyer.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Unfortunately I cannot offer refunds, returns or exchanges. Please contact me with any questions you may have prior to placing your order.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If an item is damaged in transit, Gloriana Jewellery will fix it for a reasonable fee and the cost of shipping it back to you. Please message me via my Contact Page in advance of returning an item damaged in transit. Items returned without notification will not be accepted.
